HOW TO GET TO THE SHUTTLE

 

Upon arrival into Denver International Airport please make your way to the main lobby of the Westin Hotel (directly attached to the main terminal)  Please arrive no later than1:15pm.

​

Windward Tailor associate Alisa Zapiler 720-231-8999 will be waiting onsite in the Westin Lobby to assist you with making your way to the shuttle. Her photo is below to assist in finding her in the lobby.

Those arriving earlier in the day, please make yourself at home in the lobby, or feel free to grab breakfast or lunch at the Westin or any other of the dining options within DIA.

Once on the shuttle please sit back, relax, get to know the others joining the retreat and enjoy the breathtaking views.

ARRIVAL AT C LAZY U RANCH

The shuttle should arrive to the ranch between 4-5:00pm (traffic and road condition dependent)

6:30-7:30pm

Please join us at the Old Saloon in the Main Lodge for appetizers, cocktails and mocktails.

Christine will welcome you to Wordswork and explain a bit about what to expect during the retreat

Private Dinner with Christine

7:30-9:00pm

Directly following Christine's welcome to Wordswork we will ascend to the Latigo Room for a private dinner with just our retreat guests and Christine. Prepare to be delighted through multiple courses of award winning cuisine and optional wine list* paired by the

on-property Sommelier. Laid-Back Chic Attire, Western-inspired if you want to embrace the feeling of the Ranch

Rest and Relax

Following dinner, relax and recharge however you choose, whether it's cozying up by the fire in the lodge, or heading back to your snuggly cabin. We will see you the next morning!

*A friendly reminder that alcohol, beer, wine and specialty cocktails/mocktails are optional and not included. A per-drink charge will be added to your check-out folio. Non-alcoholic drinks other than specialty mocktails are included.
